Kimberly Paap, Manager, Product Development, NICU Innovation of March of Dimes will present the integration of their NICU app in a session at SXSW on March 21, 2020 in Austin, Texas. SXSW is a 10-day event that goes beyond far beyond healthcare, joining artists, innovators and thought leaders from many industries from around the world.
In April, Paap will be back on the speaking circuit where she will once again discuss the integration of their NICU app, this time at the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference on Tuesday, April 21 in Orlando, Florida. Paap will speak before a large gathering of healthcare professionals from across the globe who come together to engage and expand the dialogue on improving patient experience. Each year, the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference joins leaders and practitioners from across the healthcare landscape to focus on timely strategies and solutions to improve the patient experience.
