From news of our strategic alliance with AT&T to the evolution of our patient adherence management solution, 2020 is off to a busy start. But it’s not just news of partnerships and product enhancements that we’re proud to announce. This spring, several of our customers will be front and center at major industry events where, through securing prominent speaking roles, they will share first-hand experience as to how their healthcare system implemented mobile app solutions to improve health outcomes, patient satisfaction and adherence for the new generation of digital health consumers.

MobileSmith Health Customers Speak at Top Industry Events

Here are a few upcoming events that our customers and team will be attending, leading sessions to discuss the successful integration of Peri™ in their health system.

HIMSS20 Logo

Healthcare has long struggled with care standardization, and because of that, measuring the care experience is the cornerstone of HCAHPS. The ubiquity of smartphones creates an opportunity for providers to standardize care coordination and patient journey mapping across patients, providers, health systems, and caregivers. Luke Poppish, Vice President of Operational Excellence of South Shore Health System will present Mobile App Drives HCAHPS Growth Through Patient Care Mapping at HIMSS20 on March 9, in Orlando, Florida. The HIMSS Annual conference joins more than 42,500 clinicians, executives and health information and technology professionals from around the world.

Google can be a dangerous place to research medical information, but we know the practice is widespread. The March of Dimes’ NICU app puts vetted, reliable information in the hands of those who need it most, when they need it most. Kimberly Paap, Manager, Product Development, NICU Innovation of March of Dimes will present the integration of their NICU app in a session at SXSW on March 21, 2020 in Austin, Texas. SXSW is a 10-day event that goes beyond far beyond healthcare, joining artists, innovators and thought leaders from many industries from around the world.

In April, Paap will be back on the speaking circuit where she will once again discuss the integration of their NICU app, this time at the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference on Tuesday, April 21 in Orlando, Florida. Paap will speak before a large gathering of healthcare professionals from across the globe who come together to engage and expand the dialogue on improving patient experience. Each year, the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference joins leaders and practitioners from across the healthcare landscape to focus on timely strategies and solutions to improve the patient experience.

Becker's HR Logo

In addition to the great customer voices who will be heard across the speaking circuit in 2020, MobileSmith Health will join a gathering of executives from across the healthcare spectrum at Becker’s Hospital Review 3rd Annual Health IT + Clinical Leadership conference, held May 19-21 in Chicago, Illinois. MobileSmith Health will moderate a panel discussion during this key industry event which provides timely high-level education and discussions to decision-makers in hospitals and health systems across the nation.

The outreach that these events provide is unmatched, and we are very thankful that our customers will be sharing these success stories to the industry. Patient adherence to pre- and post-op instructions is crucial for their entire care journey, and we are proud to provide a platform to increase patient engagement, adherence and reduce risk and complications for both patients and providers. Peri™ is leading healthcare in a new direction, and the success of our customers is a testament to that.
