Amir Elbaz
Amir joined the Board of Directors in January 2010 and became Chairman in November 2012. In April 2013, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MobileSmith. Amir is the CEO of iPhotonix and Asymblix, two sister companies. iPhotonix is an innovative fiber optics networking gear developer and Asymblix is an electronic manufacturing services company. In addition, Amir is the CEO of Viumbe, an online video publishing company with 15 million unique visitors a month. Amir is advising technology and renewable energy companies on business strategy, restructuring and business development since 2005. He was the EVP & CFO of LTC/GAIA, an innovative advanced battery company in Germany and the US, and managed all aspects of finances, marketing and business development. Prior to joining LTC/GAIA, Amir had several positions with investment funds in the US and Europe, focusing on high-tech investments. Amir holds a BA and MBA in Finance and Investments. In spite of his many duties, Amir likes to run and exercise, travel with his family to exotic places and initiate bridges between business people around the world.

Bob Dieterle
Chief Innovator of the Mobile Smith platform, Bob saw the need for an enterprise mobile solution that empowers those with the ideas to quickly and easily develop custom, native mobile apps themselves. Bob brings with him over 20 years of global technology experience from companies like IBM and Lenovo and is an accomplished thought leader in the adoption and commercialization of emerging technologies at the consumer and enterprise levels. Bob has a BS in Electrical Engineering from NC State, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Gleb Mikhailov
Gleb has joined MobileSmith as Chief Financial Officer in April, 2013, bringing with him eight years of experience in public accounting. As Audit Manager with EisnerAmper, LLP, a large regional New York based accounting and consulting firm, Gleb oversaw the audits of SEC filers and clients with international operations. Later in his career at EisnerAmper, Gleb helped develop the financial reporting consulting group of EisnerAmper, where he provided outsourced CFO/Controller services to firm’s clients. Gleb received his BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Robert Hancock
Robert joined MobileSmith in the summer of 2011. He oversees MobileSmith’s sales, business development, and customer service functions. Prior to joining MobileSmith Robert served as VP of Sales and then Co-CEO of Prometheus Group, a leading provider of technology solutions for the SAP marketplace, where he oversaw the expansion of Prometheus Group into the number one vendor in their market. Robert brings over 15 years of building, developing, and managing marketing and sales organizations of technology companies including tenures in senior management positions with Outstart, ASPE, and Redwood Software.
Scott Cottle
Scott joined the MobileSmith team in 2011 as Enterprise Architect. He has more than 25 years of experience in software application development, designing ATM settlement processing systems, order preference programs, and other accounting and integration programs for companies such as Seagate Technologies, Cisco Systems, EDS, Automatic Data Processing, Mercedes-Benz, and Bankers Trust. He has worked since 1997 to develop integrated software systems for companies in the manufacturing, Internet, retail, financial services, real estate and automotive industries. With expertise in back office systems integration, Scott has delivered robust and secure solutions that enable companies to merge e-commerce applications with their existing sales channels.

Kimberly Allen
Kimberly has been on the MobileSmith team since October 2009 and currently oversees the Development and QA teams. She spent the first 11 years of her career at IBM where she honed skills in all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle. At MobileSmith Kimberly has put her process driven background to work by implementing a development process using the Agile Methodology. Kimberly has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University and enjoys baking homemade treats for the company.

Janna Badalian
Janna joined the MobileSmith team in December 2012 as Director of Marketing and has since led the marketing strategy, rebranding, and lead generation initiatives for the company. She hails from Russia and brings with her over 10 years of software marketing and solution selling experience from companies like Kaspersky Lab and IBM. Her passion is pushing innovative products to new markets and coming up with creative marketing content. In her spare time, Janna sings with a jazz trio and occasionally gives operatic recitals.

Drew Ramsey
Drew has been member of the MobileSmith team since 2007. His passion for mobile is only exceeded by his love for his wife (and golf; more on the wife side though). He comes equipped with an iPhone4s, the iPad (with Retina Display), an iPod Touch, and a Motorola Atrix 2. As the Product Manager, he spends a lot of time diving into as many apps as he can to ensure that every MobileSmith app meets best practice standards for iOS and Android. His favorite app is 53 Paper for iPad. Drew has a B.S. from Catawba College in Information Systems and is a self-taught Adobe Photoshop user. He oversees the creative team at MobileSmith and loves arming customers with amazing looking apps!
